In this case, Dr Dianni recommended a combination approach using three treatment modalities:

1. UltraPulse CO₂ Laser
Fractional ablative laser resurfacing to improve the appearance of acne scars and irregular skin texture by stimulating skin remodelling.

2. Subcision
