22 years ago, Professor Bob Khanna introduced me to the fascinating world of facial aesthetics, inspiring a journey that would ultimately become my life’s work.
What began as a spark of inspiration grew into a lifelong passion for helping people feel confident, empowered and comfortable in their own skin.
And 22 years later, I had the immense privilege of personally presenting him with my bestselling book, Transform Your Skin to Transform Your Life. ❤️
A book that represents over two decades of clinical experience, countless patient journeys and a philosophy that has always been at the heart of everything I do.
Because facial aesthetics has never simply been about changing how someone looks. It’s about transforming how they feel.
Throughout my career, I have seen first-hand how concerns about our skin and appearance can affect our confidence, self-esteem and even the way we show up in our personal and professional lives.
And equally, I have witnessed the incredible difference that restoring someone’s confidence can make.
This belief is the very foundation upon which I built Essex Sanctuary.
A clinic where patient safety, clinical excellence, integrity and natural-looking results always come first. Where every patient is treated as an individual, listened to, understood and guided towards treatments that are right for them — never simply what is fashionable or trending.
My mission has always been to empower people through education, honest advice and personalised care, helping them make informed decisions about their skin and ageing journey.
It is also the reason I wrote Transform Your Skin to Transform Your Life.
I wanted to take everything I had learnt over more than two decades and share it beyond the walls of my clinic — to educate, inspire and empower more people to understand their skin, embrace ageing with confidence and recognise that true transformation goes far beyond the surface.
