I'm doing some work on the website this evening, incense burning, doggo snoring at my feet, music playing.

I'm playing the playlist I put together for the Cacao Ceremonies/Gong Baths here at Earthtones.

This song has just stopped me in my tracks. I know it well, but tonight, everything stopped.

Today I opened the last brick of Keith's Cacao that I brought home from Guatemala over 2 years ago! (Not the brick in the picture). I was craving cacao this afternoon but didn't want a hot drink so ..

15g Keith's Cacao
A handful of red berries and banana
A huge spoonful of soy yogurt
And a glass of oat milk

20 seconds in the ninja and voilà

I have fruit and soy yoghurt for breakfast every morning. I think I'll be blending it with cacao from now on. No sweeteners of any kind added. You could add some nut butter if you wanted more protein.

End of day 1.
