We also are really happy to hear from people who have no experience and want a change of career, who have a drive to help people, or even those who have never considered a caring position before. As long as you are genuinely caring, flexible with a clear DBS and are of good character then we can provide you with all the training you need. Our working culture is one that is person focused. We will support our staff in all aspects of their working life and encourage, coax, reward, praise, thank, train, listen and embrace each individual staff member, as each person is unique and individual just like our customers.
