I had a great couple of days on the Wirral teaching the Importance of Symmetry to a group of therapists new to the work. I just love sharing this way to assess your client, create a tailored, targeted treatment and be able to reassess to know when you've achieved the release of the sustaining muscle spasm. Such a beautiful, simple model that improves results rapidly in clinic.

A little wander round the grounds of my hotel after a busy day teaching a lovely bunch of therapists in Neston. I just love sharing this work with people, it is simple THE most effective framework to provide a tailored, targeted treatment that I have come across. I was so caught up with teaching that I totally forgot to take any photos! 🙈 Lets hope I do better on the photography tomorrow 😂

A little note from a client who stopped coming for a while after she hurt herself at the gym and then unfortunately physio seemed to aggravate the injury so she was too scared to come and see me. We've already had an improvement after one session so I'm hoping Bowen will get her back to her normal activities again.

What a fantastic three days its been at the Zagreb 2026 Bowen Conference. A truly collaborative event with many excellent speakers and 120 therapists from over 17 countries.

Many thanks to Pope-Gajic, Pennington and Calder and others behind the scenes for all their hard work in putting togethier an amazing event.

My brain and heart are full. So good to connect with colleagues and make new friends. The future is looking bright.

A great couple of days assisting Graham Pennington deliver his Targeting Primary Dysfunction workshop. A great group of enthusiastic therapists, it was wonderful to watch their palpation and tactile skills develop over the 2 days and can't wait to hear how they get on in clinic when they return to work.
