Meet my lovely member Allie.

I initially joined another group and Emma covered there for a few months.
I rnjoyed Emma as thd consultant so I moved to Chesterton in December last year and got to target 5 weeks ago after losing 4 stone. Never felt better fitter more active more confident started dancing 💃 🙌 tap and ballet. Cardio and contemporary. I can get up peggys bank a very steep hill near me in 1 go. Used to take me several stops. My heart rate is better with exercise. My Thyroxine meds been reduced first time in all my life . I had underactive thyroid since birth Im in 3 size smaller clothes. Ive had my biometrics done at the gym. Im in right zone for bmi my visceral fat which is fat round internal organs is 5% very low for my age . I have been told my body age is 51. Im 71. So proud of my journey.

This is what my member Jude has said so far about her journey

My 2nd bite at the SW cherry. Joined just after my lovely friend Laura 🧡 I have lost 2stone 6 lb since the 23rd May 26, i have lost every week , even though i have a way to go on my journey, i feel better in myself. More energy to chase after my 5 grandkids. I have had problems with my knee since i was a teenager , with carrying the extra weight and age i was having alot of pain , this is so much better since i joined.
The changes in the plan are great you get more choice , it is easy to follow , the SW app is a god send , check your swips while out shopping , keep track of what youre eating , great recipes too.
Emma a great consultant, easy to talk to , supportive and we have a bit of fun too. The 10.30 group are so supportive of each other. So glad i rejoined .

Meet my member Mark

Mark comes to my 9am group on a Saturday at Chesterton.
He says......
I joined slimming world due to my Health being really bad, mobility, high BP, high Cholesterol, prone to falls, it’s my best decision in my life, having lost almost 2.5 stone I feel better in myself and healthy.
Mark loves staying to group, and takes on lots of ideas from the members.

He is doing amazing..
