ADHD Matters We are running a provision for families affected by ADHD across Northamptonshire under the Autism Concern banner "ADHD Matters".

We aim to provide Information Advice and Guidance on every aspect of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and its accompanying conditions, across the county of Northamptonshire, for families and professionals alike. Our core aim is to provide information, advice and guidance through the freephone helpline, by e-mail, social networking and face to face. We would also like to hear from you with ideas on raising awareness in the community. We also support a befriending network among parents promoting self help and empowerment through support groups and social networking. We link into play sessions for children aged 0 - 12 years diagnosed with or suspected of having ADHD. Siblings are also welcome and it is a chance for the whole family to talk to others in similiar situations while the children play. For more difficult problems we can arrange one to one support, face to face. We also help professionals and teachers with information and provide training in many aspects of ADHD tailored to suit specific needs.
