After nearly 10 years in the health & wellness industry, (& shying away from social media for most of that time), it’s probably time I introduced myself officially on here…
✨Hi, I’m Fi.✨
A Yoga, Reformer, Pilates instructor & level 3 PT.
📍Based in Nottingham. Although, I’m super proud of my Irish heritage, (my Ma is from the South West of Ireland ☘️).
🧘🏻♀️ I offer 1-1 private sessions locally for a bespoke wellness experience. Mostly via home visits at a time to suit for added convenience. These are recommended for beginners, for anyone with an injury, with specific goals, or a busy schedule.
I also offer weekly group yoga, pilates & strength training classes in local studios.
You can also join me on retreats & events throughout the year in the UK & Europe.

I’m here to encourage & celebrate the growth, the wins, the confidence, the laughs, the results. I’m also here to hold a safe space for healing, for feeling & for when you just need to be.

As you can probably see, i’m not very good at keeping up with social media, I don’t post very often or stick to algorithms, trends or brand colours. (No shade on those that do. I genuinely wish I had the capacity for this after a day of teaching 😂).
