💡 The simple change to help you get on top of stress!
Feeling exhausted, stressed and overwhelmed 😫 can affect your energy, your focus, even your relationships at home 💔. When that happens, something small needs to shift, and quickly.
Try this simple approach (I did this at my most stressed):
⏰ Set your alarm just 10 minutes earlier than usual.
🚫 Get straight out of bed instead of hitting ‘snooze’.
🧘♀️ Spend 20 minutes doing something just for you.
For me, this was yoga, for you it could be reading 📖, meditation 🧘, journalling ✍️, a walk in nature 🌳, music 🎶 - anything you know helps lower your stress.
Repeat it each morning, Monday to Friday.
When I made this shift, I felt:
🌿 Less stressed - having time to do something for myself before anyone else got up was a game changer.
😌 Less overwhelmed - I was starting each day calm and composed.
Getting up earlier when you’re already tired isn’t always easy, but sometimes it’s the simplest way to create space for yourself.
