This time of year always reminds me how important it is to keep coming back to ourselves through the busyness that summer can bring.

There is so much life and movement, which is beautiful, and also so important that we allow ourselves moments to pause, to breath and rest deeply within it all.

Join me for a gentle evening of meditation, sound and intentional rest as I hold space for you to slow down, soften and reconnect back to your inner wisdom and intuition 🤍

Through grounding practices, meditation, sound frequencies and intentional space holding, this journey is an invitation to honour yourself, trust your instincts and reconnect back to the quiet voice within.

Optional angel cards and my handcrafted organic aura spray will also be available before we begin ✨

Please bring your own mat, blanket, pillow/cushion, water bottle and anything else that helps you feel warm, supported and comfortable during the journey.
Eye masks will be provided.

When we need healing ourselves and trust what happens next. ✨️

Taking genuine time out for me to listen to my own changes happening within my own body and slowing down all of this year has taught me even more about myself.

Going back to simple living, having therapy, nature,scaling back on everything, having the right people in my life and going on a deep one to one journey with a trusted friend .

Connecting back to my JOY again and moving forward in a way to offer what I enjoy hold space for others through:
