Food is more than fuel. It's energy, nourishment, and one of the most powerful tools you have to support your wellbeing.

Trying some simple swaps is a great start.

➡️ Crisps → carrot sticks or edamame beans
➡️ Chocolate bar → Greek yogurt with berries
➡️ Sugary coffee → a protein coffee or black coffee with milk
➡️ Takeaway lunch → homemade protein-packed salad or wrap
➡️ Fizzy drinks → water with fruit or sugar-free alternatives

Will you drink a extra glass of water, have a 10 minute brisk work after work, include a extra dog walk, reduce your portion size tonight, or go to bed 15 minutes earlier?
