HOW MUCH IS STAYING STUCK COSTING YOU?
Your energy.
Your confidence.
Your happiness.
Your headspace.
Your time..And maybe your trust in yourself.

Maybe doing it all on your own is costing you something too.

Going round the same thoughts.
Trying to work it out.
Doubting yourself.
Waiting for clarity before you make a move.

But what if you don't need someone to tell you what to do?

What if you need somewhere safe to pause long enough to hear yourself?

My upcoming journalling experience guides you through a process you can come back to anytime you need to.

If something in you is saying, “Yes. I need this.” — listen to it. ❤️

Journal Your Way Back to You starts Tuesday 6 October.

Four weeks.
Four 90-minute sessions.
A small, supportive space to pause, listen, explore and begin trusting yourself again.
In person in Blairgowrie
£100 total cost — journal and refreshments included

You don't need to know the answers before you begin.

I knew exactly what I didn't want.

The problem was, I had absolutely no idea what I did want.

I think that's a surprisingly uncomfortable place to be.

Because knowing you can't carry on as you are doesn't automatically tell you where to go next.

And when you're used to being capable, responsible and getting things done, admitting “I don't know” can feel particularly difficult.

I spent quite a lot of time there.

What I eventually discovered was that I didn't need someone else to hand me the answer.

I needed space to start listening to myself.

Journalling became one of the ways I did that.

And that's why I'm creating Journal Your Way Back to You.

I'll tell you more very soon - or comment JOURNAL and I'll send you the details.

A 5 minute exersise
If money were no obstacle...
what would you be doing with your life right now?
Take some paper and something to write or draw with. Set a timer to 5 minutes. Draw or write whatever comes into your mind in answer to that question. No perfect grammar - and no censoring yourself!
If you like - share your results in the comments!

How much is staying stuck costing you?

Not in money.

In energy.
In confidence.
In happiness.
In time.

Maybe you're still in a job that's making you miserable because you don't know what you'd do instead.

Maybe you're in a situation you've outgrown, but you can't see a way forward.

Maybe you keep telling yourself something needs to change — but you don't know what.

You know what you don't want.

You just don't know what you do want.

So you keep going.

Thinking about it.
Analysing it.
Putting it off.
Telling yourself you'll sort it out when things are less hectic.

But what if “later” keeps becoming later?

What is staying where you are costing you?

I'm asking because this is exactly the kind of place where journalling can help.

Not because a journal is going to give you all the answers.

But because sometimes you need somewhere to slow everything down enough to hear yourself.

*More about my four-week journalling experience coming very soon.

WHAT ABOUT YOU?
Perhaps you know exactly what you don't want anymore…but haven't got a clue what you do want.
Perhaps your head is full of thoughts, feelings, worries and ideas — and you can't seem to make sense of any of them.
Perhaps you're craving some calm. Some clarity. Space to breathe.
And perhaps, if you're really honest, you're missing you.
You've become very good at doing the sensible thing.
The responsible thing.
The expected thing.
And perhaps now something inside you is quietly asking:
“But what about me?”
I don't think we need someone else to hand us the answers.
I think sometimes we need somewhere safe to pause.
To breathe.
To reflect.
To create.
To remember.
To hear ourselves again.
So, what about you?
I have a journalling experience coming soon - Four weeks • 4 × 90 minutes - Journal Your Way Back to You
A gentle journalling experience for anyone who feels stuck, disconnected or unsure what comes next.

Bad news...gave myself slight concussion from a bump on the head while sailing this weekend.
Good news...received this lovely review from my first 1:1 client for coaching in the woods. She was my 'guinea pig' for this crazy idea I had of combining the calm, healing power of being in nature with coaching. And it works!!
"Jacquie is a great coach, I chose to work with her as we made a good connection and I felt that we had had similar life experiences so she understood where I was coming from. She helped me to understand why I was feeling the way I was and changed my perspective on the situation I was in which has helped me to move on. I wouldn’t be in the position I am now, taking baby steps towards the next part of my life without her help. Sometimes we all need a gentle nudge to help us keep going. Thank you Jacquie."

And the best part...I get to be a guinea pig for her experiment with a new direction in her worklife! I can't wait 😀

Currently, I have one space for 1:1 coaching in the woods starting early October.
Interested?
DM me and I'll schedule a call with you to connect and share further details.
