I want to improve my lower face… I just don’t know what I need 🤍

This is something we hear all the time.

And the answer isn’t always more filler, or simply choosing between chin filler and jawline filler.

Lower face rejuvenation is about looking at the face as a whole, the chin, jawline, jowls, structure and overall proportions and understanding where small, considered changes can make the biggest difference.

For some patients, that might mean adding definition. For others, restoring support, improving balance or softening shadows.

What. A. Ride 🌊

When I qualified as a nurse, I never imagined this is where my journey would take me… owning my own business and building the FYC brand. It definitely hasn’t been light work, but it has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my career 🤍

The long days, the challenges, balancing family life, constantly learning, growing and figuring things out along the way… every part has shaped me.

There have been so many versions of this business. From working in small clinic rooms across South Wales, to finally creating a clinic of our own. The glow ups, the setbacks, the moments I doubted myself, the times I nearly gave up… but something always made me keep going.

Building something from nothing teaches you so much. So if you’re building your own dream right now and it feels slow, messy or difficult remember good things take time. Every chapter and every version of your business is preparing you for the next one. Trust the process and don’t be too hard on yourself ✨
