We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Care Manager to lead our Cheltenham & Tewkesbury team, ensuring outstanding care for our clients while supporting and developing our carers.

What we're looking for:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in care
• NVQ Level 3 (Level 5 preferred or willing to work towards it)
• Strong leadership skills
• Good understanding of CQC standards
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to take part in the on-call rota
