Absolutely beautiful location and studio with reformer and chair set up.

Pilates chair offers a very versatile range of exercises. In my opinion it is one of more challenging and also fun equipment in Pilates world of exercise.

*TRX & Animal Flow Workshop*

Explore new ways to challenge your workout with suspension training along side of mobility drills from animal flow discipline.

TRX offers great combination of balance stability and control along with strengthening all major muscles groups.

Animal flow is targarting to improve joints movement and increase muscle elasticity and strength.

During this workshop you will be learning suspension based exercises with and without weights.

The exercises and combination of them you learn will overall aim to help to improve your existing exercise program that consists of either weight training or plyometrics such as running or cycling.

It has been a very eventful year for most people. However challenging and trying it may have been, it has prepared all of us to next chapter.

Release tension and allow body freedom of movement

Regular practice and consistency always yield results. The ability to move with ease comes by moving daily. We are often in a consistent state of physical tension without even realising it. Pause , listen to your body, and take time to move about every day.

As autumn 🍂 shows us that change can be beautiful. Take time to change your daily routine and allow natural rhythm to flow fee.
