John will be based in the salon on Tuesdays, offering Shiatsu Massage treatments.
Shiatsu is a fully clothed treatment originating from Japan, working along the bodyโs energy meridians to help restore balance and encourage deep relaxation.
Treatments combine gentle assisted stretches, rocking movements and pressure using the fingers, palms, elbows and sometimes knees to help improve the flow of energy through the body and energise the internal organs.
