💚As part of Mental Health Awareness Week💚
we’re gifting our beautiful Bears a FREE Sound Bath Healing Session — a chance to pause, reset and enjoy some well-deserved calm. ✨

🗓 Sunday 17th May
⏰ 6:00pm – 7:00pm

What is Sound Bath Healing?

“A sound bath healing session is an immersive, full body listening experience that uses sound to help promote deep relaxation & restoration. The sound vibrations help to relax your nervous system and calm your mind.”

Depending on numbers booked, the session will run as either x2 30-minute sessions or x1 full hour session. Please feel free to stay after for a hot drink and a little catch-up if you wish. ☕🤍

Booking will go live TONIGHT 6pm on our social media pages and via WhatsApp for anyone not on social media.

If you feel able to, a small donation towards studio hire would be so gratefully appreciated, but this is completely optional and there is absolutely no pressure.
