✨ Today at Simply Safe Space

🪷Today we took time to slow down, reconnect and nurture ourselves in a safe, welcoming space.
Together we set our personal intentions with crystals, choosing energies that reflected what we wish to invite into our lives. We also explored the beautiful Reiki Principles, reflecting on how these simple daily reminders can help us live with greater peace, gratitude, honesty and kindness.
It was wonderful to see everyone's creativity shine as each person created their own unique Reiki Principles sheet, filled with personal meaning and positive intention.
Thank you to every beautiful soul who joined us today. Your openness, support and kindness make Simply Safe Space the special community it is. 💜

Our Family Mental Health Support Group at Angel Rays Holistic Therapy Centre offers a warm, welcoming, and confidential environment where families, parents, partners, and carers can come together. Whether you would like to share your experiences, listen to others who truly understand, or simply enjoy a cup of tea in a supportive atmosphere, you will be met with kindness, compassion, and without judgement.
There is no pressure to speak—just come as you are. Together we can build understanding, offer encouragement, and remind one another that no one has to face these challenges alone.
