💚Today at Simply Safe Space

Today was all about slowing down, connecting and simply being together in a calm, supportive space.

🪷We spent time creating beautiful mindfulness bookmarks filled with colour and creativity, enjoyed homemade cake and warm conversation, shared positive affirmations, and finished with a gentle guided meditation to help everyone pause, breathe and recharge.

Sometimes the smallest moments of kindness, creativity and connection can make the biggest difference.

💚Thank you to the lovely ladies who joined us today and helped create such a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere.

At Angel Rays, Simply Safe Space is here for anyone who may need a little support, understanding, friendship or simply somewhere to sit with a cuppa and know they are not alone.

✨ Spiritual tasks, motivation, guidance & shared experiences

A positive and uplifting start to the week with inspiration, intentions, and spiritual focus.

💛 Wave of Kindness Wednesdays
Gentle acts of kindness, gratitude, connection, and heart-led energy.

A space to reflect, release, feel your emotions, and reconnect spiritually.

That’s why “Simply Safe Space” was created… a gentle space where ladies can come exactly as they are, without pressure or judgement.

Whether you are struggling with:

✨ Anxiety or overwhelm
✨ Abuse or difficult experiences
✨ Loneliness or emotional exhaustion
✨ Or simply need supportive company…
