I honestly can’t thank Judy enough for today. Going back to refresh my Reiki felt really important to me.
We spent time revisiting the principles and techniques of Reiki, as well as practising self-healing, healing others and distant healing. It was lovely to go back over everything, refresh my knowledge and reconnect with my Reiki practice before being re-attuned.
Judy made me feel so welcome and comfortable from the minute I arrived. She has such a warm, relaxed way about her and created a space where I could completely be myself, ask questions and enjoy the whole experience.
