Ecstatic Dance
60-Minute Free Flow Movement Experience with Ash

Move your body. Release your energy. Reconnect with yourself.

Our Ecstatic Dance Experience is a powerful and uplifting 60-minute movement journey designed to help you release stress, shift stagnant energy, and reconnect with your body through intuitive movement and music.

Guided by Ash, this is not a dance class and there is no choreography to follow.
There are no steps to learn.

No expectations.
No judgement.

Instead, you are invited into a safe and supportive space where movement becomes a form of expression, release, and self-discovery.

Set to a carefully curated soundtrack of tribal rhythms and Afro House beats, the session encourages participants to move freely in whatever way feels natural and authentic to them. Some people move gently and meditatively, others dance more energetically, all expressions are welcomed.

Ecstatic Dance can be deeply liberating, offering an opportunity to move beyond the mind and reconnect with the wisdom of the body.

This session may support:
• Releasing stress and built-up tension
• Shifting stagnant or heavy energy
• Emotional expression and release
• Increased vitality and energy
• Greater body awareness and confidence
• Nervous system regulation and wellbeing
• Connection, freedom, and joy

The session closes with a short grounding meditation, allowing time to settle, integrate, and return to stillness.

No dance experience is required.
