Personally over the moon, feel like I’ve gained 10 seasons experience in 1, surrounded by an incredible group 🙌🏼

Collectively I couldn’t be prouder, bouncing back from last seasons final day, plus the resilience and character shown by so many in the group who have had to deal with impossible circumstances on and off the pitch all season, against so many odds we did it 🙌🏼

What a team, what a group, what a club ❤️

This guy deserves his own post 🥇

13/14 years ago on the first day in the industry he took me under his wing and gave me a platform to grow 📈

I was at a major crossroads, no idea which way to turn or what the future looked like, and he showed me the direction I hugely needed 🧭

10+ years later after covid lockdowns and other twists and turns he pulled me out of a hole and gave me another platform to continue to grow at AW Performance ⬆️

It’s pretty safe to say that 13 years after the first day, I wouldn’t be where I am on my last day of JPPT if I hadn’t had the guidance from and stood shoulder to shoulder with this legend 👇🏼
aaron.awperformance thanks for everything mate, all the success I’ve had is success shared with you - I’m sure there’s another shared journey down the line 👊🏼

Where did 13 years go 😮

Tough decision this week to step back from JPPT indefinitely to focus on ⚽️ and 👨🏼‍🎓

From to Lockdown remote PT to .aaron.awperformance it’s been some journey and one I hope I can get back to in the future 🤞🏼

Huge thanks to every single person, member or client who has joined the team and supported over the years, loved every moment and have been blessed to meet some unbelievable people from many walks of life with many different stories to tell 🙌🏼

A thanks isn’t enough for those of you that were there during lockdowns and since - tough times I hope we never see again for our industries - I was hugely lucky to have you lot in my corner and that won’t be forgotten 🤝🏻

I wish you all the best for the next stage of your journeys and very much look forward to the next chapters of mine 😅

I can’t say enough about BTP and the girls that run this incredible school 🙌🏼 they support their students in the most fulsome & wholesome way imaginable and have given me the privilege to play a tiny role in the lives of these inspirational people ❤️

They bring the most awesome energy and enthusiasm to the gym and seeing their faces light up at the different activities they can get upto is absolutely unreal 😍

It felt like I was spinning about 49 plates for the 3 years so absolutely buzzing to get my strength and conditioning degree over the line 👨🏼‍🎓

Massive shout out to the rest of the group, especially and who basically did my degree as well as their own and are all going on to huge things 🙏🏼❤️

America for the masters was meant to be next.. but Covid 😤 so staying put at the to keep climbing the 🪜 and hopefully a couple more exciting opportunities to shout about in the near future 🙌🏼

Exciting restructure announcement!

2021 has brought about a change of coaching venue and a Strength and Conditioning degree for myself.

These now enable me to expand and develop my coaching, more effectively and efficiently putting into place training methods I have evolved with over the years.

The new venue is a private coaching venue called AW performance, which is owned by .aaron.awperformance. There is no membership or PAYG requirements, meaning you are free to purchase private coaching at no extra cost. It also affords me control over equipment and space to deliver the highest level of S&C coaching for all goals, walks of life, and all ages and abilities.

My vision with my private coaching has been to involve small group coaching (SGC) for a number of years. AW Performance now allows me to progress with these plans and offer more flexible and affordable coaching.

SGC can be delivered more individually or as a team, creating an atmosphere that enhances enjoyment, engagement and motivation. SGC is also as effective as one to one training as many of the principles of S&C are beneficial for large percentages of everybody’s training.
