I met Gabrielle over 20 years ago, when I was in the USA as part of my Churchill Travelling Fellowship investigating the homeopaths there's treatment of children with ADHD. I knew she'd be going places!!!! And I love her idea = just tell one person that using homeopathy is how you keep as healthy as you do.

Yesterday evening I participated yet again in the HINT monthly homeopathic Zoom meeting. This time we had the renown Dr. Jayne Donegan speaking. Many of you will already know that I rate her highly! https://www.jayne-donegan.co.uk/ if you want to know more about her and what she has to offer. I suggest you follow her, she had plenty to say during the recent meningitis scare.
She was reminding us all how she asks her patients to treat a child's fever, and suggesting we did the same. Brilliant as ever. You've got Aconite, Belladonna and Pulsatilla. Her main issue is getting childrem outside more, and making sure the windows are open , especially in bedrooms, which she recons should never be heated over 18 %, especially children's ones.
She spoke not just about when and how to use homeopathy, but also what the NICE guidelines for fevers actually are! There I did learn something !!!! Her main issue was to never use Ibuprofen on a child, she didn't much like it for adults either actually.

Every person needs to have the balanced, evidence-based information necessary to give fully informed consent for any medical intervention that is recommended to them, most especially ones that are given to healthy individuals.

Yet again my insurance needs to be paid. £96 only..... and that's including tax etc. Homeopathy is such a safe system of medicine, that's one reason I love it.

Such a great morning last Friday. There's a group of homeopaths that meets up every other month in Lewes. They kindly let me join when I moved down to the south coast. We were the most I've seen there since then, and so as no one knew everyone we spent 90 minutes introducing ourselves and what type of homeopathy we used, and how we'd got to where we are now with our work. Three other old handers like myself, and the newest had qualified last June, so a real mix. So great to have a group like this to belong to.
I also started a group here, in West Sussex, last year, however we've not yet had this many at a meeting, we will one day! There are so many homeopaths near me I was amazed, and even more amazed they didn't meet up.... so I started this particular group. Brilliant gettign to know them all slowly.

For a start you don't have to keep takign it. I've not researched possible side effects of this drug yet, please remember that homeopathic medicines do not have those. What's not to like! I did my menopause using Lachesis a few times over 2-3 years. Easy.

How I used remedies from my kit last week.
It as nose cold... very cold weather and by lunch time I realised I had a runny nose, so Aconite a few times.
As I know that if taken fast it can stop a cold developing, and it works well if you get cold. Not sure I had, as I wrap up warm however this is my go to remedy when I think agh ha.
By the evening my nose was like a tap = so I changed to Natrum Mur before bed, and whenever I woke in the night to go to the loo. I used it twice the next day, as that was all I needed. A couple of coughs the next day so I took another.... then realised 24 hours with no runny nose or cough.
Homeopathic remedies are brilliant, what did you use from your kit over the holidays?

OOps last night I was anxious I was starting a cough/cold. By the time I woke up I knew I was! Then quickly I went to my kit = Drosera instantly, and again mid morning = gone now, 4 pm! Brilliant when you get the remedy right!
