Amber Bees Parent and baby/toddler wellbeing classes in Shepperton and Surrey.

Since being established in 2013 we have trained hundreds of parents to safely practice massage and yoga with their children. We offer a range of classes including yoga, massage, music and sensory promoting little ones wellbeing and development. Our classes are friendly, baby-led, relaxed and run by fully qualified, accredited and insured trainers.

These beautiful sensory parachutes create a calm, magical atmosphere and are wonderful for sensory play, movement, music and imaginative activities. They’ve been a real favourite in our classes and have always been looked after with great care.

You’ve got this!

The ssummer holidays can feel like a lot, especially with little ones to entertain every day.

But here’s your gentle reminder… you don’t have to fill every day with expensive trips or perfectly planned activities.

The moments your children will remember most are often the simplest:

🌼 A picnic in the garden.
🎬 Staying up a little later for a family movie.
📚 Reading stories together.
💦 Splashing in a paddling pool.
🚶 A walk to the park.
🍦 An ice cream after dinner.

These are the moments that build childhood memories.

Please don’t compare your summer to what you see on social media. People tend to share the highlights, not the quiet days, the messy moments or the piles of washing!

Your love, time and attention are what matter most.

So take a deep breath, lower the pressure, and remember… you’re doing an amazing job.

We are so excited to be running a pop up session at Sunbury Garden Play on Wednesday 19th August at 10am! With a stunning natural stream, mature trees, woodland areas and open lawns this peaceful beautiful venue is the perfect location to run one of our Summer Rhyme Time session!
