Got a busy weekend coming up with 2 events back to back, firstly I'll be at the The Soul Angels free solstice even on Saturday drumming a journey and helping hold space with the amazing Sacred Space as we take you to the lower world to meet a totem animal or guide who will help you clear your energy and bring a message.

Then on Sunday I'll be at the awesome Spiritual Monkey Events at Upton barn giving intuitive rune readings alongside some other amazing readers and stalls selling a wide range of spiritual goodies.

In this month's shamanic development group, we journeyed to the lower world to meet our power animals. We had really interesting and varied animals come through for everyone which was great!

July's session will be all about creating personal rituals that are tailored to you, including 2 meditations to use in the morning and evening that you can incorporate in your daily practice.

Seven years ago, I found myself at a crossroads. After years of alcohol & substance misuse, I was facing the reality that I could lose everything if I continued down the same path.

Sobriety wasn’t just recovery, but a rediscovery.

Through spirituality, connection to nature, self-development and healing, I found something I had spent years searching for… A peace within myself.

One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned is that we are not meant to stay the same throughout our lives. We grow, we adapt, we heal. We become different versions of ourselves & that is OK.

Some people will always know you as who you used to be. Others will know the person you’ve become and neither version is wrong.

The important thing is that you keep moving forward.

If you’re struggling, feeling lost, or wondering whether change is possible, this is your reminder that it is.

You can look like you have it all from the outside, but happiness begins inside & that starts with connecting to the inner you, nurturing your inner child & learning to listen to & love yourself again.

No matter where you are right now, it’s never too late to start again.

Over the next few weeks I've got some amazing events coming up and just wanted to share them with you.

Next Sunday I'll be running my shamanic development group where we will be meeting our power animal and exploring how we can incorporate them into your daily routine, I have a few spaces left so drop me a DM to reserve your space.

Next I'll be at the beautiful free summer solstice event on the 27th drumming along side the wonderful Sammie taking you on an amazing shamanic journey to the lower world to your garden of light and growth, it's a completely free event and there are other amazing workshops throughout the day so pop along and have some you time.

And finally I'll be at the magical Spiritual Monkey event at Upton barn near Nuneaton on the 28th where I'll be giving personalised rune readings to help guide you through the last part of the year and aid you on your journey of self discovery.

So I did a thing yesterday.......

I completed my Ancient Egyptian Sekhem level 1 and 2 with the amazing and it was truly a pleasure to learn from someone with so much expertise, insight and history behind this unbelievable energy and healing.

I am looking forward to working with this amazing holographic energy and healing system and integrating this into my daily practice. 🐺💜🪶
