I offer fl**ge fitting in clinic, we have a well stocked pump library or you are welcome to bring your own. It's amazing how changing the size or shape of the pump parts can make on milk flow and ease of expression.
We fit according to up to date guidance and evidence - remember if it's uncomfortable, painful, milk isn't flowing quickly and easily - it's possible that the pump isn't fitted well for you.

I've been at the Primary Care Show in Birmingham today and popped in to listen to this informative update about CMPA and allergy management for the infant. It was aimed at GPs but still a good update and great to listen to a paediatric dietician lead.

We've had some amazing feedback from yesterday's pregnancy and breastfeeding workshop. We will be doing another one very soon - we're just confirming a date and location, we'll get it up as an event asap.
