The Autism Information and Advice Service We provide free information & support plus community events for the autistic and neurodivergent community in Derbyshire & Derby City.

The service is commissioned by Derby City Council and Derbyshire County Council as part of their ongoing commitm

ent to supporting the autistic community within the local area. Here’s what we offer:

– Telephone helpline: Reach out to us between 09:00-17:00, Monday-Friday. If we’re unavailable, leave a message, and we’ll get back to you within 2 working days.

– Drop-in advice sessions: Join us at various locations across Derby city and Derbyshire for face-to-face support.

– Engaging online presence: Check out our page and YouTube channel for a wealth of informative and entertaining content.

– Quarterly newsletter: Stay in the loop with our regular updates and insights.

– Training and awareness opportunities: We provide diverse programs to enhance understanding and knowledge for professionals and parents and carers.

– Autism Alliance: Join our monthly online peer support meetings, where autistic individuals connect, share experiences, and contribute to the improvement of autism services in Derby City and Derbyshire County. Whether you have questions about your autism, need assistance with challenges you’re facing, want information on local services and support, or seek training and awareness resources, our service is here for you!
