☀️Warmer days are finally here – but don’t forget to take care in the heat! ☀️
Spending more time outdoors is great, but high temperatures can quickly lead to heat exhaustion or even heatstroke if we’re not careful.
😓 Early signs include dizziness, headaches, nausea, and heavy sweating.
➡️ Make sure to rest, cool down, and drink plenty of water.
🚨 If someone becomes confused, very hot, or collapses, it could be heatstroke – call 999 immediately.
💧 Stay hydrated
🧢 Wear light clothing
⛱️ Take breaks in the shade
👵 Check on vulnerable people
❤️ A few simple precautions can keep everyone safe this summer.
