Great to catch up with my former cycling time trial team mate Dean.

Dean now with the Aerologic Race Team, stopped by for a post race massage after winning the West Cheshire 30-mile time trial yesterday. Dean covered the 30-miles in a blistering time of 1:04:35 averaging 27.9mph 🔥

It's been a busy Spring in the clinic helping clients to get to the start line after picking up various training niggles.

As you increase the mileage, be careful not to pick up an overuse injury. If you're currently trying to train through any small aches and pains, it's important to come in and get them assessed before it may prevent you from achieving your running goals.
