📣 MOBILE BREAST SCREENING UNIT COMING TO MADELEY!
A huge thank you to all of our patients who took the time to share their feedback about their reasons for not attending breast screening appointments.
From the survey we completed at the practice, 71% of patients told us they would be more likely to attend their breast screening if a mobile screening unit was available closer to home.
We listened to your feedback and shared it with the breast screening team. We’re pleased that this has helped support the introduction of a mobile breast screening unit locally in Madeley!

📍 A new breast screening location is coming to Telford

You told us that travelling to the Princess Royal Hospital for breast screening could sometimes be difficult.

So, from mid-September 2026 to February 2027, we're trialling a new location for our mobile breast screening unit at Court Street Medical Practice.

✅ Free parking
✅ Easier access
✅ Closer to local communities

Appointments will still be available at our hospital sites for anyone who requires step-free access or prefers to attend there.

If you're invited for screening, please check your appointment letter carefully as your appointment may be at either location.
