💷 £40,000 per annum
🕘 Full-time, permanent | Monday–Friday

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and support our southern care teams, helping to deliver safe, high-quality and person-centred care.

You’ll oversee quality and compliance, support staffing and recruitment, mobilise new care packages and work closely with our regional nurses.

Care operations experience and a strong understanding of CQC standards are essential. Recruitment experience is desirable but not required.

Harland Care Services, part of Parador Group, is looking for an experienced Nurse Educator & Complex Care Package Manager to join our clinical team.

This full-time hybrid role combines staff training and competency development with the clinical oversight and management of community-based complex care packages.

It is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse with experience in complex care, community services or clinical education to make a real difference to the quality of care provided to children and adults with complex health needs.

Location: Brighton, East Sussex — hybrid and community-based

Salary: £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Hours: Full-time

We offer flexible hybrid working, ongoing professional development and the opportunity to work within a supportive clinical leadership and governance structure.
