As you know due to me sharing before, I've struggled a wee bit this year. Had good weeks but had more "bad" weeks & its resulted in gaining weight & putting me at my heaviest in 10years!!
I decided I need something new...a new consultant, a new group & a fresh new start with my weightloss.. I know the plan works when you stick to it & do it properly. I wouldnt of had a 16st weightloss journey if it didnt ☺️
So thats what I've done. I went & joined a brand new group on Monday & took a seat as a new member & that target WIlLL be mine again 🥰
Its been great being back on plan 100% the last 2 days, weighing & measuring everything & writing it all on a food diary!
I plan to share with you all my weekly results, along with some of the meals Im eating too.
