September is su***de prevention month, this is something very close to my heart.
As someone who has battled for many years with the nastiness inside my own head I want you all to know this.
You are loved.
You are enough.
The people around you would never be better off without you.
The world is a better place with you here.
In a world full of uncertainty, know that I am certain of all that.
Kindness costs nothing and you never know what a smile is hiding, so please be kind.
For anybody struggling, brighter days will come and the storm will pass 🖤

I’ve been trying to do more of what makes me happy lately, picking up a paint brush was something I used to love but life stopped me… glad to be dipping my toe back into the acrylic world 🖤
