✨ This Saturday night I watched Matthew Bourne’s The Red Shoes… and it stayed with me.

Like the dancer who couldn’t stop dancing…
sometimes we don’t realise the music has already stopped.

Old stress.
Old conversations.
Old versions of ourselves we’ve quietly outgrown.

The mind says, “I’m fine.”
But the body is still moving… still bracing… still performing.

And then comes the quiet realisation —
you’re allowed to stop.
You’re allowed to soften.
You’re allowed to choose a different rhythm.

Sometimes healing isn’t about doing more.
It’s about gently stepping out of the dance.
