A big well done to all those who slept in cardboard shelters in the grounds of Wi******er Cathedral on Friday evening as part of
'Big Sleep Out'. An eye-opening event raising awareness of homelessness.

The annual event is in its 12th year and enables funds raised from the evening to be put back into vital services for those in need at Trinity.

Met so many lovely people and always a bonus to be able to share wonderful Reiki at the same time, such a unique experience of being in the impressive Cathedral Grounds too on a warm, sunny evening.☀️⛪️🏕

I think it was a fair split for those visiting the Reiki tent who'd already experienced Reiki before, looking for a much needed top-up and those totally new to Reiki, keen to experience it. The energy throughout the evening in the Wellbeing area was amazing.🤲🙌🗯.

Always so grateful for the benefits that Reiki brings to people.🙏🤍💫. A lot of relaxed faces left afterwards ☺️.

Have you always wanted to try Reiki or simply want to have a top up?

I'll be giving relaxing Reiki in the Wellbeing area to help raise money for Trinitys Big Sleep Out event.

Every penny raised will go back into Trinitys services, offering long term, positive change for people experiencing homelessness and domestic abuse in Wi******er.

Can't wait for Friday and being part of this fantastic event.

What an envigorating day at
⛱ Sunny Sandbanks Beach
🤸‍♀️A movement class on the beach, followed by an hour in the beachside.
🔥 Sauna, in between 3 dips in the 7 ° Sea. 🌊🧊🥶
🍰 Cake afterwards.
🌞 The Sun made an appearance too.
Running 🏃‍♀️ into the sea from the Sauna felt amazing and free.

Thank-you to Zoe and Emma for such a fun morning.
The sea was always calm from the warmth of the Sauna until each time we all started running down the beach into the sea, the waves would do an automatic upgrade and got so much bigger, wiping some of us out, me included. 🤭
Of course the sea would calm down again once we were all safely back in the Sauna. 😅 happy faces 😃 all round though.
A great way to release the stress of the week and catch up with friends . 🙏🤍

HOLDING SPACE WITH FINDING FEATHERS AND REIKI AND RESTORE
AT SHEFFIELD

Full of gratitude today reflecting on the last 3 days at the Belief Coding®️ in person training in Sheffield with where Julie Feathers and myself held a Cacao Ceremomy with Reiki healing over two consecutive nights.
Here the trainees got to reflect on their day. Enabling them moments of clarity, reflection and integration as they continue on their Belief Coding®️ journey. 🤍🤍🤍🤍

Wow.. the interest in this retreat at has been AMAZING! I haven’t even had the chance to advertise it on here yet so apologies for those that wanted to book on and I’m sorry the waiting list is also FULL!!

Paula and I have created a nourishing afternoon retreat that combines three powerful heart opening and energy shifting modalities to start 2023 in a very special way.

I’m so grateful to the universe for this journey. I feel blessed to have the honour of holding space to help others heal.
