Always a fabulous day offering this beautiful layering of dōTERRA essential oils on the back, neck, ears and feet. The best bit for me is the first words clients say at the end of: “WOW” - most common one, “that was amazing”, “I was so relaxed I couldn’t move” and last but not least “do I have to move - could stay here all day”. This morning after my Wild swimming 🤩, I met a very lovely lady and we had a nice chat which led to her sharing with me that whilst she loves Yoga Nidra she has read that she shouldn’t have a Sound Bath!

She has a couple of conditions which she has read are potential contraindications!

This got me thinking 🤔 how many other people don’t come along to Sound Baths in fear that their condition will be made worse or aggravated?

Yes, it’s absolutely true, there are contraindications to having a sound bath but let’s not rule them out completely until we’ve had a chat. There are so many benefits to this beautiful practice that I would hate for you to miss out.
