Here's a taster of my somatic yoga class.
I teach mindful, somatic, breath centred yoga.
This approach will help you to maintain energy, flexibility, posture and clarity as you age. It helps reduce stress thereby reducing inflammation in the body and increases brain health by calming fear networks and increasing the size and connectivity of your executive functioning centre.
It's a gentle, playful and compassionate approach that over time will help you to be more present in your life, increasing joy and connection.
