Saturday May 2nd 2026 i will be hiking 26 miles for Alzheimer's Society. So excited that my number has arrived!

In just under a month I will be walking the Trek 26 Stonehenge in aid of Alzheimers.
I have seen friends, family and clients who are coping with their loved ones suffering from this horrible disease and wanted to do something to help.
I am also fascinated by the scientific research that is connecting the TMJ to Alzheimer. The TMJ work I do helps to release the tension in the jaw, neck and shoulders, allowing the Glymphatic system to flow better.
The stagnation of this system is being connected to dementia and Alzheimer , more research is underway and I hope I can help with my practical skills and walking to fundraise.

Our skulls are made up of 22 bones. When you then add all the tendons and muscles, the stress we live with and any knocks and injuries we sustain in life, no wonder we get headaches and pain!
