Signed up for a sporting event this year and want some extra support? 💪🏼

Strength testing using VALD is a great way to identify your strengths and weaknesses and guide a personalised strength and conditioning program. The assessment is conducted by one of our physiotherapists, who will go through your results in detail and explain everything clearly so you understand exactly where you’re at.

Strength testing is suitable for everyone. We recommend completing VALD testing a few months before your event to allow enough time to address any weaknesses, reduce injury risk, and optimise your performance on the day.

Our half marathon training is in full swing. 3 weeks to till Jack, Sabrina, and Kitty take on ******erhalfmarathon in aid of cancer research ( ). We are so appreciative of the support we have received so far, the link is in our bio if you’d like to donate too!
