Good news for families from September 2026! 🎒🍎
From September 2026, all children in families receiving Universal Credit will be eligible for free school meals.
✅ If you already receive Universal Credit – your child will qualify
✅ If you receive Universal Credit but haven’t applied for free school meals before – you can now claim
When to apply:
You can apply from 1 June 2026 ready for the new school year in September.
Free school meals can help save money and ensure your child has a healthy meal during the school day.

This free event is suitable for parents, carers and professionals, offering practical strategies to support children and young people who are Autistic, ADHD or AuDHD.

We’re sharing access to Talking Therapies in your area—because we understand first-hand the emotional toll advocating for your child can take, and wanted to highlight this supportive resource 💙

We're excited to share that Talking Therapies Hampshire and Isle of Wight has a new website!

The new site brings all the local Talking Therapies services together in one place, making it easier to find and get the right support.

Talking Therapies is a service for people aged 16 years and over in Hampshire and IOW, and offers a wide range of treatments, in a wide range of formats, and offers support with everyday wellbeing as well as diagnosed common mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, phobias, OCD and PTSD.

The website provides information on finding your local provider, support on offer and how to access the service.
