2026 what are you capable of?
In 12 months you can achieve so much if you’re dedicated enough to do it. In order to do it though, you need to follow a few rules ⬇️
1. Be prepared to work hard. Great results don’t come easy, effort has to be made.
2. Do it for you! People chase goals for other people, but your physique, your health, that’s for you so prioritise you.
3. Change your lifestyle. You need to create healthy habits, eat better, train harder, sacrifice more but don’t just change it, create a better one.
4. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. You don’t have to do it alone, get yourself a coach who knows what they’re doing and will support you.
5. Never quit.
