A new adventure is starting and I will now be teaching QiGong classes.
As soon as we have the numbers and room availability confirmation.
I'm really excited to share this wonderful practice for health and longevity.

I'm really excited to announce that the Funcional Movement Reflexology CPD course is back. New dates are 13th and 14th of February 2027.
The course will be held in Maynooth or Lucan depending on the amount of people attending.
