THE NETTLE TOAST SHEILD🌿

People run from stinging nettles in the garden, and they run from bread in the kitchen.

Today, I engineered them into medicine! 🚜

I took a simple slice of complex brown bread, pan-toasted it right in the skillet, and completely buried it under a massive Wild Nettle & Egg Stir-Fry.
