Eímear Byrne is 30 years old from Arklow, Co. Wicklow. She is in her dream job as a primary school teacher, a job that fills her heart every single day. Eímear has a rare connective tissue disorder causing major heart issues. After previous open heart surgeries, complications, a major stroke and a difficult recovery, Eimear has received devastating news. Doctors discovered three more aneurysms. She now needs a third open-heart surgery, and this one is even more complex and urgent. Time is critical. A surgery in a specialised hospital in America is required to save Eimear’s life. At a high cost. Let’s help Eimear to get this surgery and give her the best possible chance at survival. They have already raised 60% of funds required.

Weekly Hatha yoga classes

Monday evenings - 8.15pm

Begining 18th May at Our Space

A traditional style of yoga that focuses on building strength, increasing mobility and developing balance through mindful, controlled movement. We will connect with the breath and end our class with some deep stretches and a calming meditation.

Beginners are most welcome, the class can be taken at your own pace.

1 hour of guided Breathwork & Meditation. A therapeutic practice involving intentional, continuous breathing techniques. These sessions are designed to help you reset your nervous system, feel more grounded and supported.
