This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, data management, MIS, research, or program operations, and an interest in working closely with field teams and program data.

• Support data collection, validation, and analysis
• Coordinate with field teams for timely reporting
• Maintain dashboards, trackers, and MIS systems
• Assist in reporting and documentation
• Support data quality and monitoring activities

This World Health Day, communities across 8 districts in Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, and Telangana came together to turn awareness into action.

From nutrition exhibitions and food pyramid demonstrations to low-cost recipe sessions, handwashing drives, walkathons, poster competitions, and medical camps (BP, blood sugar, hemoglobin screenings, and referrals), each activity brought practical health knowledge closer to everyday life.

Led by Community Health Entrepreneurs (CHEs) and School Health Champions (SHEs), the effort reached villages and schools where early care matters most strengthening prevention, encouraging healthier choices, and enabling timely support.
Because when care reaches early, lives change❤️

Highlighting Chandrakala Singh, one of our team members who brings “Give to Gain” to life every day.

She goes out of her way to bring her team and Community Health Entrepreneur (CHEs) together using simple gatherings and celebrations as spaces to share, learn, and support one another. In these moments, CHEs build trust, find their voice, and grow into leaders.

You can see the shift. Women who once hesitated now speak with confidence. Those who followed are now leading. What began as a group has become a strong, supportive community.
By giving her team trust, space, and encouragement, Chandrakala sees them step up—driving change in their villages every day.

Empowering Through Every Act: Give to Gain
This International Women’s Day 2026, Healing Fields celebrated the spirit of “Give to Gain” across Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Jharkhand bringing communities together in powerful and inspiring ways.

From community rallies to young students taking pledges to take steps towards equity, our CHEs, SHE Champions, and local changemakers led the charge in raising awareness on women’s health, rights, and wellbeing.

These moments brought people together to take action, strengthening confidence, dignity, and leadership within communities.

Because when women come together to learn, lead, and advocate, they don’t just transform their own lives they transform entire communities.
