My lunch isn’t about eating less. It’s about eating BETTER. 🍱💪
This is exactly how I teach my clients to build a well-balanced meal without making food complicated.

✅ Good source of protein
✅ Plenty of vegetables & fibre
✅ Right amount of carbs
✅ Some healthy fats
✅ And most importantly… a meal that you actually enjoy!

Because healthy eating isn’t about surviving on salads or avoiding carbs. It’s about learning how to build your plate.

I follow this approach myself, and I teach the same to each and every client of mine.

Now your turn 👇
What does your lunch plate usually look like?
Drop it in the comments. Let’s see what everyone is eating! 👀🍽️

Taking B12 tablets but your levels still aren't improving?

Sometimes the problem isn't how much B12 you're taking it's why your body isn't absorbing or maintaining it properly.

Low B12 can be linked to inadequate dietary intake, certain medications, gastrointestinal conditions, or problems with absorption.

So simply continuing the same supplement without understanding the cause may not solve the problem.

The goal isn't just to increase the number on the report. It's to find out why it became low in the first place.

Curd and buttermilk can be good for your gut but they aren't a magic cure for digestive problems.

If you're dealing with bloating, constipation, or poor digestion, simply adding curd to your diet may not be enough.

Here's what your gut actually needs:

🥗 Enough fibre from fruits, vegetables, legumes, and whole grains to feed your gut bacteria.

💧 Adequate hydration, because fibre works best when you're well hydrated.

🚶 Regular physical activity, which helps keep your bowels moving.

🌈 A variety of plant foods, because different gut bacteria thrive on different types of fibre.

😴 Good sleep and stress management, as both have a significant impact on gut health through the gut-brain connection.

Curd and buttermilk can absolutely be part of a healthy diet, but they're just one piece of the puzzle. Your overall lifestyle and eating pattern matter much more than any single food.

Not every overnight soak is a miracle but some can be an easy way to include more nutrient-rich foods in your diet. 🌿

Here's why these are worth trying:

🌾 Methi Water – May support blood sugar management and digestion in some people.

🌿 Jeera + Ajwain + Saunf Water – A traditional combination that may help with digestion and bloating.

🥄 Chia Seeds – Rich in fibre, omega-3 fats, and antioxidants.

🎃 Pumpkin Seeds – A good source of zinc, magnesium, and healthy fats that support overall health.

🌰 Almonds & Walnuts – Packed with vitamin E, healthy fats, and antioxidants that contribute to healthy skin and hair as part of a balanced diet.

Remember, no single food will transform your skin or stop hair fall overnight. Healthy skin and hair come from your overall diet, adequate protein, good sleep, hydration, and correcting nutrient deficiencies when present.

Feeling tired all the time doesn't automatically mean you need an iron tablet.

Iron deficiency is a diagnosis, not a guess.

Before starting supplements, it's important to understand why your iron levels are low. It could be due to inadequate intake, poor absorption, heavy menstrual bleeding, gastrointestinal blood loss, or another underlying medical condition. Simply taking iron tablets without addressing the root cause may not solve the problem.

The right treatment starts with the right diagnosis.

Watch the reel before adding iron supplements to your routine.

Most people quit walking because they expect results in a few days.

But that's not how fat loss works.

📌 1 kg of body fat stores roughly 7,700 calories. Losing that fat takes time and a consistent calorie deficit—it doesn't happen overnight.

🚶‍♂️ On average, walking 1,000 steps burns around 30–60 calories, depending on your body weight, walking speed, and terrain.

That means 10,000–15,000 daily steps can make a meaningful contribution to your calorie deficit over weeks and months—especially when combined with a balanced diet.

The best part?

✅ Walking is easy to sustain.
✅ It has a low risk of injury for most people.
✅ It supports heart health, improves insulin sensitivity, and helps increase your daily calorie expenditure without leaving you exhausted.

Remember, walking alone isn't a magic solution. Fat loss happens when you consistently maintain a calorie deficit through the combination of nutrition, movement, sleep, and strength training.

Small habits. Every day. That's what gets results.

One of the biggest myths about diabetes is that you need to follow a strict crash diet to improve your blood sugar.

The reality is often the opposite.

This client achieved a significant improvement in her HbA1c, fasting blood glucose, and cholesterol by focusing on sustainable nutrition, balanced meals, and lifestyle changes she could actually maintain not by starving herself or eliminating every food she enjoyed.

Every person's health journey is different, but one thing remains true: consistency almost always beats perfection.

If you're struggling to lower your HbA1c or manage your blood sugar, remember that the goal isn't to eat less it's to eat smarter, stay consistent, and follow a plan that's designed for your needs.

Results vary from person to person and depend on factors such as medical history, medications, adherence, and lifestyle.
