Reflections on the Feasibility Trial

A valuable session where the SCIMITAR-SA team split into three groups to reflect on key components of the feasibility trial: data management, intervention delivery, and recruitment & retention.

Each group shared their experiences, identified what worked well, highlighted areas for improvement, and made practical recommendations to strengthen the design and delivery of the future main trial. These collaborative discussions are essential for ensuring that the next phase is both robust and relevant across all participating sites.

World Oral Health Day | March 20

Your mouth is more than just a smile - it’s a window to your overall health.

Oral diseases affect nearly 3.5 billion people globally, yet most are preventable with simple steps. In India, the burden is even greater, with rising cases of oral cancer linked to to***co use — and deaths remain high due to late detection.

This World Oral Health Day, let’s commit to:
* Brushing twice daily with fluoride toothpaste
* Reducing to***co and alcohol use
* Eating a balanced, low-sugar diet
* Getting regular dental check-ups
* Paying attention to early signs like ulcers, patches, or difficulty swallowing

Early detection saves lives.
A small lesion today could be prevented from becoming cancer tomorrow.

At CHIP Foundation, we believe awareness is the first step towards prevention. Together, we can build healthier communities - one smile at a time.

A Happy Mouth is a Happy Life. (WHO theme 2026)

This Holi, Gift the Color of Protection!

As we celebrate new beginnings, let’s spread awareness about the Government of India’s free nationwide HPV vaccination programme for 14-year-old girls - protecting them against cervical cancer.

💉 One vaccine.
🌈 Lifelong protection.
✨ A healthier future.

Wishing you a safe, happy, and healthy Holi!
