It took me YEARS to realize that without a strong mind, a strong body cannot be established. Results don’t stay, patterns don’t change, dreams grow further away from you, time passes by and we feel stuck and frustrated about mountains we can’t move, tasks we can’t complete and obstacles we can’t overcome. I learnt of the importance of joy and staying close to base line.

I went in curious to learn more about the RBD coconut oil process and left genuinely impressed by the level of quality control, purification standards, and care behind the product. It was also incredible hearing about the future of the coconut industry in Sri Lanka and the impact it can continue to make globally.

After building something from scratch;starting as a micro influencer,content creator, becoming a coach, then a specialist, then a panelist , an entrepreneur and winning awards for my career , I’m called to look into my business again and start from square one. Placing together systems, structures and strategies so that I can increase my capacity to grow. I ask God for wisdom to handle all these things and I thank Him for AI engines, enabling just one woman to slowly but surely one day build an empire ❤️
