Discover how to breathe more deeply and naturally through the thoracic diaphragm; the primary muscle of respiration. Through guided breathing, self touch, and body awareness practices, this workshop invites you to release tension, open the ribcage, and reconnect breath with the whole body for greater calm, vitality, and inner awareness.
In This Session, You Will:
• Learn the anatomy of the diaphragm and xiphoid area
• Practice simple techniques to activate and strengthen breathing
• Explore how deep breathing supports the nervous system, organs, and emotional balance
• Experience self touch and partner exercises to sense the movement of the diaphragm
A gentle space to slow down, soften the body, and return to your natural rhythm of breathing.
