The transformation of Africa’s beauty, cosmetics, and skin care industries is no longer coming. It’s here.

I’ve moved beyond being an entrepreneur. I’m a visionary building pathways for the next generation of founders.

What we’ve done:

- Created skin care for melanin-rich skin using 80–100% Nigerian raw materials
- Positioned ourselves as the NATIONAL solution for melanin-rich skin
- Launched nationwide clinical trials across Nigeria
- Finalizing a national policy that will reshape the cosmetics industry

‼️This is the moment to invest in one of Africa’s largest consumer markets ‼️

$500B+ beauty industry. 1.4B people. Melanin-rich skin has been underserved for too long.

Happy Tuesday guys!!! It’s FUSBUS again ‼️

Let’s hear from Toptad Hailers 👇🏾

This happened because we decided to work FOR US
And we wrapped the skills, the needs, and the tools BY US. In one statement, the power to achieve that dream that will bring light to US is hidden inside US. That’s what “FOR US, BY US” means to me.

I offered my space for the training.
One of the guys offered his projector.
Another team member volunteered to draft and share appeal letters for support. Last month, we held that training successfully. We empowered about 15 people with skills in chocolate production, ovaltine making, butter making, mayonnaise production, milk sweet and more.

You could see it was really FOR US as saw the astonishment in the faces of the trainees at what they could do with their own hands. Today, some of those trainees have become trainers.

“Here's my thought process of how I understand the 'For Us By Us' slogan.

This is a great movement.
For Us By Us is a revolution that starts with self establishment and then, empowerment.
A blind man cannot lead other blind men, that's why in the kingdom of the blind, the one eyed man is king.
You need to be at least one step 🪜 ahead before showing others the road.

We have all it takes (resources plus skills) to move, we just need to add purpose and determination to reach our goal knowing that nobody is coming to save us, not even the "super powers"
