YOUR EYES DON'T ACTUALLY SEE THE WORLD THE WAY YOU THINK THEY DO.

Look at a chair from the front.

Change your position completely and yet, you still recognise it as a chair.

How does the brain do that?
The answer lies in the incredible journey of visual information from the eye and retina, through the optic nerve, to the visual cortex and higher visual areas.
